Kompan, Inc. Expands North American Distribution

OLYMPIA, WA – March 12, 2004 – Kompan Inc. and Formes et Jeux (Forms and Games) have reached an agreement to make Formes et Jeux the exclusive distributor of Kompan products in Quebec and areas of Ontario, Canada.

As part of an overall strategy to further expand the presence of Kompan products throughout North America with the best possible team of play consultants, the partnership of Kompan, Inc. and Formes et Jeux goes a long way to establish Kompan as the premiere playground equipment supplier in their territory.
