Since 1995, Classic Garden Ornaments, Ltd® has celebrated the American landscape through well proportioned designs of exceptional quality. Longshadow Planters are appropriate wherever good taste calls for the very best, whether as the focal point in a pasture or flanking the entrance to a fine building. Hand-crafted from dry cast limestone using ancient techniques, Longshadow Planters and Ornaments are the very essence of American style.

Longshadow Designs are inspired by:

  • The Classical ideals of clarity, symmetry, simplicity, repose and harmonious proportions.
  • The ideals of Vitruvius, the Roman Architect, of durability, convenience and beauty.
  • The ideal that form should be organic in the way it relates to its environment.

Longshadow is named after the dramatic morning and evening shadows cast by native oaks, cedars and sassafras across the rolling meadows surrounding the restored barn and glass house where production takes place
