Elite Glass Block Panel Systems bring you the look of a hand-laid glass block with the structural maintenance and other benefits only our prefabricated panels can offer! Panels incorporate hollow glass blocks within a hidden structural metal grid framework that creates an individual frame around every glass block. This framework provides incredible strength, durability, and security.

For fire-rated assemblies, we typically use SEVES Glass Block. SEVES Glass Block offers two different fire-rated glass blocks designed to meet either a 60min or 90min fire rating. Panels are shipped fully prefabricated and ready to install like any window. Elite panels may be installed in virtually all vertical applications including straight and custom radius walls, windows, and accents.

Finishes

Elite panels come with our standard white proprietary grout sealant. Custom color grouts or sealants are available.

Glass Options:

Hollow glass blocks are available in six inch (6”), eight inch (8”) or twelve inch (12”) squares in three inch (3”) or four inch (4”) thicknesses. Choose from standard wavy or clear pattern glass. Other custom patterns are also available

Sizes & Shapes:

Several common panel sizes are available. Custom sizes, shapes or configurations are also available.

Load Capabilities:

We can custom design and engineer our panels to withstand severe wind-load requirements and other structural criteria.

Maintenance:

Elite panels require little or no maintenance other than occasional washing with mild soap and water.
