The model shown is an example of the Model 44018 HiLo Chilled Pedestal Drinking Fountain in surface mount installation (SM) and stainless steel. Stainless steel fountains are powder coated for added protection. The chrome matte oven baked powder coat is the default color provided no other color is specified at the time of order. View in standard steel. All MDF 40018 Series are chilled and house a remote chiller within the pedestal. The chilling capacity is 8 gallons per hour.

The surface mount installation is designed to be anchored to a concrete pad with anchor bolts through a mounting plate that is welded to the fountain. An optional 18" stainless steel surface carrier is recommended for all pedestal surface mount installations. Most Dependable Fountains recommends specifying the optional SS Bolt Kit 1 when not ordering the optional stainless steel surface carrier.

The supply and waste connections stop above grade behind the access door. Access doors are standard on all pedestal 40018 Series drinking fountains.
