CU-Soil is an urban tree planting mix designed and recommended to be used under paved sites, such as pedestrian mall paving, sidewalks, parking lots and low-use access roads.

CU-Structural Soil is comprised of a stone ‘lattice’ to meet engineering requirements for load-bearing, and a specified quantity of soil, to meet tree requirements for root growth. This allows for improved soil volumes for tree roots, and thus protection from sidewalk heaving caused by surface roots.

AFTEC manufactures a proprietary forming system that produces a fence wall with formed texture on both sides of the wall. Textures are available in a variety of stone, including ashlar, slate, dry stack, river rock, limestone, field stone and other appearances such as stucco and various architectural designs.
