RoLanka’s BioD-Mat blankets are woven from machine twisted bristle coir twines. These 100% biodegradable blankets are strong, durable and provide a higher erosion resistance upon installation, while supporting growth and development of vegetation. These semi-permanent mats have field functional longevity of 4 – 6 yrs. BioD-Mat blankets are available in 460 g/m2 (BioD-Mat® 40), 600 g/m2 (BioD-Mat® 60), 780 g/m2 (BioD-Mat® 70) and 980 g/m2 (BioD-Mat® 90) weights.
