The model TCG-4 cantilever slide gate is ASTM F2656-07 M30 P1 certified (equivalent to U.S. Department of State K4). Having a standard height of 8’ (to top of frame), the gate uses an open frame aluminum structure that allows the user flexibility to match almost any existing fence design infill such as pickets or chain link. The TCG-4 is designed to operate manually or powered at standard operating speeds of up to two feet per second. The TCG-4 cantilever design eliminates the need for a V track in the roadway while reducing installation time and alignment issues. The use of aluminum as the basis of a crash tested gate is an industry first, and eliminates concern for rust while reducing maintenance.

The model TCGR-12 cantilever slide gate is ASTM F2656-07 M50 P2 certified (equivalent to U.S. Department of State K12). The TCGR-12’s aluminum frame is easily moved manually or with an operator, and uses the same basic design principles of the Tymetal Box Frame Cantilever Slide gates that have been the industry leader for over 30 years. The open frame design found in Tymetal’s crash gate line continues with the TCGR-12, allowing the user the flexibility to match almost any existing fence design infill such as pickets, chain link, or mesh infills.

The model TCRB-4 pivoting barrier arm is ASTM F2656-07 M30 P1 certified (equivalent to Department of State K4). The unit includes an aluminum arm assembly, hinge stanchion, receiver stanchion, and can be operated either manually (using a counterweight) or by an electro-mechanical or electro-hydraulic power unit. All of the steel components are painted black, and the arm is an aluminum square tube, powder coated white, with DOT approved reflective tape.
