Located on scenic waterfront property, this modern community center needed to withstand salt air, occasional high winds and seasonal temperature variations. The center accomplished all of these goals, drawing on influences of lighthouses and traditional East Coast architecture to reflect the local area’s unique qualities. Throughout the center, a variety of Andersen® windows open up interiors, connecting each space to the beautiful surrounding views and bringing in an abundance of natural light.
