There is nothing worse than a tree full of squawking, mess-making birds.

Birds of all species are naturally attracted to trees, but in some cases their numbers completely overwhelm the tree and its surroundings. In extreme cases land owners have opted to cut down the trees to eliminate the problem. Bird Barrier’s Tree-Shock is an attractive, effective, long-lasting solution that actually conditions the birds to leave the protected tree for good.

Tree-Shock consists of two stainless steel wires wrapped around a UV stabilized PVC tube. It is mounted to the top of tree limbs where landing birds will come in contact with it. It is very effective since it produces a harmless but memorable shock to the birds’ feet. They learn their lesson and are conditioned to avoid that tree in the future. The shock comes from a battery powered charger that is mounted in the tree. The charger is easy to turn off and on.
