Sharp Grossmont Hospital asked us for help when redesigning the front of their multi-level parking garage, a highly visible entrance to those entering and exiting the hospital. They wanted their new look to match the Sharp brand and be aesthetically pleasing. In collaboration with their designer, we created a modern motif made of designer wall panels and planters placed in a checkerboard pattern. Each planter would house realistic-looking faux greenery for a vibrant, contemporary façade.

We started with our designer wall panels made from durable fiberglass but mimicking a washed woodgrain design. Then, we mounted our fiberglass Madera Rectangular Planters in a checkerboard design at the top, with a row of three planters at the ground level, just under the Sharp cutout sign. Since all products are made of fiberglass, they are made to withstand the elements for years and remain beautiful. And the UV-protected artificial plants in the planters were made weather- and fade-resistant so that they would look green and vibrant no matter the season—and without the care of live plants.
