360 State Street is a multi-use building with luxury residential and retail space near Yale University. The 32-story building is LEED Platinum certified, the first residence to receive this designation in Connecticut. The 25,000 square foot green roof, cr 360 State Streeteated with rooflite® soil, includes native plants, an ornamental garden, and a large lawn, creating a lush oasis for residents to enjoy. It also includes a rainwater harvesting and irrigation system to route water to the green roof.
