Loading dock doors pose a particular risk for fall hazards due to all the activity of personnel and equipment typically moving around the loading dock area. Dock door are often left open in the summer exposing workers to a fall hazard. OSHA requires that these openings in the wall be guarded. There are two models of cantilever gate available, namely a single opening model and dual-opening model. For openings of 6-12’ the single opening model is used. For openings of 8-20’ the dual-opening model is used. System utilize gas strut for easy lifting and auto-lock in the upright position.
