The U30 bike rack is our largest and widest U-shape bike rack. Similar to its smaller siblings, the U30 is available in 3 tube sizes ranging from 1.9” through 2.38”, including a 2” square tube option for heightened security. The U30 rack can be specified as a surface mounted unit, with rail mounting and in-ground mounting options also available. This versatile rack can be specified with a lean bar option, or a custom laser-cut panel for added customization, including the option for custom insert colours. All variations of the U30 bike rack are available in 3 different finishes, including a natural galvanized finish, a powder coated finish, or marine grade 316 Stainless Steel for an enhanced look. The U30 is a 2-capacity bike rack that can be installed in multiples, whether connected to a rail system with 3-6 racks, or individually surface or in-ground mounted. The flexibility of it’s simple design allows bike parking areas to be designed with virtually unlimited configurations.Meeting the APBP requirements for bike rack design, the U30’s frame provides two points of contact with the bicycle while a U-shaped lock can secure at least one wheel and one section of the bicycle frame to it’s sturdy steel tube.
