The PS-011 model features a single, all gender concrete block restroom complete with one (1) flush toilet and one (1) sink that will accommodate up to 45 users per hour. This restroom is ADA code compliant and built with proprietary vandal resistant components.One of our smallest building footprints, the restroom utilizes natural ventilation and is easily maintained with non-absorbent concrete floors and concrete block walls. The access door to the utility chase is placed on the side of the building, opposite from the restroom. This model works well in areas that have limited space such as: a golf course, boat launch, or small neighborhood park or playground area.The restroom can be built with or without drinking fountains and a bottle filler, as shown in the photos to the left. A front alcove will be added to the front of the building to provide ADA accessible drinking fountains.
