The SP-044 model features four (4) all gender, single-occupant restrooms complete with a flush toilet and sink in each restroom. This restroom layout will accommodate up to 180 users per hour and two (2) of the restrooms are ADA code compliant.Built with proprietary vandal resistant components, this restroom design features the utility chase along the back of the building, allowing for easy access to all plumbing and electrical components for each restroom. Customize this model with exterior drinking fountains or a covered entrance for shade or protection from weather elements. Our buildings maximize natural ventilation through vent screens and are easily maintained with non-absorbent concrete floors and concrete block walls. This model works well in areas such as: sports complexes, beaches, marinas, and hiking trails.
