Royal Corinthian non-tapered PVC columns are manufactured as two corner pieces for installation around a structural support. They are more commonly referred to as column wraps or covers. We manufacture these products from cellular PVC using various sheet thicknesses. Our standard sheet is 5/8” thick but we do offer an economy line which is 3/8” thick. These columns are available in many standard designs, including: plain (P), fluted (F), double fluted (D-FL), raised panel (RA), double raised panel (D-RA), recessed panel (RE), & double recessed panel (D-RE). In addition to the standard styles and sizes listed below, we are virtually unlimited as to the custom column wraps that we can produce. Our sheets are 48” wide by 20’ tall so we can make very large columns if needed and are mostly limited by your imagination when it comes to the details we rout or build up. The general guideline is that if it can be made out of wood, we can make it better out of PVC and it will last for generations. Our standard non-tapered PVC columns come with a box cap and base that has a beveled top. The majority of our PVC caps and bases are made from the same material as the shaft, however, Tuscan style cap/base sets are made from a poly/marble composite due to the complexity of the design.
