550 Series Private Use Mailboxes
The 550 series horizontal mailboxes were developed for private use within large institutions not serviced by the USPS like military bases, colleges, universities, and hotels. The heavy-gauge aluminum rear-loading mailboxes meet all USPS regulations except those pertaining to compartment size.
The smaller compartment size allows for more mailboxes per module, and is perfect for areas with limited wall space. Each tenant door measures 6-3/8" x 3" and comes with a 5-pin cam lock, two keys, and a clear plastic window number slot for tenant identification.
