EnviroFluff® System
A new state of the art cushion base material for playgrounds and water play applications to provide critical fall height (CFH) protection. EnviroFluff® is made up of a proprietary polyethylene/polyurethane foam with a thermoplastic olefin outer skin that is ground to specification and offers unique energy absorbing properties ideal for a cushioned surface. Unlike traditional SBR (styrene butadiene rubber), sourced from recycled tires, EnviroFluff® does not contain harmful chemicals making it safe for both children and the environment. EnviroFluff® will not deteriorate or become brittle over time from exposure to harsh outdoor elements and is designed to offer long-term fall protection in all weather conditions. When combined with Flecks® Systems chlorine resistant binders and EnviroFluff®’s superior chemical resistance, you now have the opportunity to create a safer water play environment without the worry of product failure. We are proud to offer the only chlorine resistant seamless poured in place (PIP) safety surface available.
