ICE Coating
A highly reflective, heavy build, elastomeric roof coating
The versatile ICE Coating has multiple uses in restoring roofs. It can be used as a final surface coat with the ICE System, as well as over smooth asphaltic built-up, modified bitumen and spray polyurethane foam (SPF) roofs. ICE Coating can also be applied over properly prepared and primed single ply roof membranes such as EPDM, CSPE, PVC and PIB.
Since ICE Coating is highly reflective, it is listed with the Cool Roof Rating Council and is ENERGY STAR qualified. A roof coated with ICE Coating exceeds the requirements of California's Title 24 Energy Efficiency standards as well.
Composition:
ICE Coating is an asbestos-free, high solids, water-based, heavy bodied elastomeric coating formulated with a nanotechnology-engineered blend of acrylic latex polymer.
