VersaWeld Gate Hinge
Versa Weld gate hinge post and side bodies can be welded to flat or round surfaces. VersaWeld gate hinges are manufactured with the industry’s first maintenance-free high-temperature sealed bearings, which are safe to powder coat with the hinges installed on the gate. Clean, good looking welds result when using VersaWeld from not applying an angle iron adaptor for round surfaces. The maximum gate weight is 1,100 lb for the VersaWeld, and precision bushing distributes gate load for optimal performance and hinge longevity. Zinc electroplating construction leads to long lasting rust and corrosion protection. Shut It hinges have been tested to over 1 Million open / close cycles and feature a limited lifetime warranty.
