R Panel
Roof Systems R Panel (other names include Trapezoidal panel, New Wave, Semi-Industrial etc.) is our most affordable and efficient panel. Like its “cousin”, the series 2000 standing seam panel, the R panel is ideally suited for a wide range of roof types and applications, and its comparative low cost, efficiency and ease of installation make it our most popular product.
This panel can be roll formed in continuous lengths up to approximately 50 feet (limited by length of truck). It is also a structural panel that can span over open framing without the need for continuous deck support.
Traditional use for this panel has been mostly on factory type buildings, but over the years this has evolved into steep roof applications, siding (cladding) and soffit panels.
