Drainage Mat: Elevation® DM1


Low profile drainage mat designed to create a sub-concrete drainage
plane for quick and efficient removal of water from the balcony. At just 1/8” (3.5mm) total thickness, DM1 does not require modifications to the framing or T-bar dimension.

Elevation® DM1 is a cylindrical studded membrane made with UV Stabilized polyolefin bonded to a polypropylene filter fabric. Once installed, DM1 creates a continuous sheet of polyolefin plastic
covering the entire surface of the balcony, providing an additional layer of water protection and a physical protective barrier to help protect/prevent damage to the waterproofing membrane beneath.
