Vented Slotted Hat Channel


Our vented hat channel was designed to securely attach exterior cladding systems, while still being able to provide ventilation and drainage in the wall cavity. It is customizable to meet a large range of wall build outs, cladding components, and rainscreen systems. With the option to change the gauge, depth, width, and venting, we can match almost any need. Its able to be installed both horizontally and vertically, with custom lengths ranging from 5’-10’. Standard venting is a 0.265" round hole pattern, yielding 6.84 in2/LF of ventilation.
