Architectural Aluminum Screen Wall Enclosures

Rooftop aluminum architectural screen walls for mechanical equipment are constructed with DeepStream’s seven primary structural marine anodized aluminum extrusions which create the Audubon and Mariner Structural Architectural Aluminum Frame Systems used to craft the cost-effective solutions you see on our website. There is no paint or powdercoating to fail.

DeepStream Designs’ structural extrusions should not be confused with typical thin-wall extrusions. The aircraft aluminum walls of our primary extrusions are ¼” thick and are engineered for slide-in-easy modular construction, accepting almost any material of any thickness: Glass, stone, metal, wood, recycled plastic lumber, 3form Ecoresin, polycarbonate, copper, even fabric.

A unique feature of the Audubon Structural Architectural Aluminum Frame System is the simple, yet robust, slide-in-easy assembly of the system, which saves time and money using non-skilled labor for the assembly of screen walls, fences, and enclosures. Further cost savings derives from the system’s ability to use the anodized aluminum U-Channel extrusion to create composite panels using thin versions of expensive materials like 3form, copper, and marble, or difficult materials like glass and fabric. This allows Architects and Designers an unlimited palette of design materials for projects that may not have been viable without this value-engineered solution.
