The Double Play® Spiraea have exceptionally colorful foliage and more vibrant flowers than older varieties. A reliably rugged choice for many landscape purposes. Double Play® Candy Corn® has bright red spring foliage that transforms to yellw in summer. Orange new growth and purple-pink flowers add even more color to the landscape. This is a bright, bold addition to landscapes with the added benefit of being sterile. It's an excellent choice for regions where traditional Spiraea japonica are problematic.
