Compact, well-mannered smokebush

Winecraft Black® is a bit smaller than the familiar 'Royal Purple' smokebush and a better habit. The rounded habit and consistent branching makes for a nice, uniform landscape plant. The intense purple-black foliage darkens as the season progresses, and turns orange in fall. Adaptable to hot, sunny, dry locations and poor soil, it's a rugged plant that adds both color and texture to properties.
