Waterloo Urn (A750)
The Waterloo Urn is an imposing planter in classical form with deep gadrooning and egg-and-dart detail to the rim. Stockport Borough Council commissioned Haddonstone to produce a series of these imposing Waterloo Urns as focal points to line the terraces at Lyme Hall, Cheshire – now owned by the National Trust. Lyme Park and Lyme Hall have been used in many films and television programmes, perhaps most famously in the BBC TV adaptation of Pride and Prejudice in 1995.
This piece is the perfect ornament for lining terraces, walkways and balustrading, or can be used as a focal point in a garden or landscape.
- Available in a range of colors
- Detailed, robust and freeze-thaw resistant urn that will weather over time and last for many years
- Elevate on a Haddonstone pedestal for greater prominence and visibility. We recommend the Georgian Pedestal.
