Sunbrella Graphics System (SGS)
In the past applying graphics to a Sunbrella awning was limited to the process of painting, silk screening or airbrushing artwork onto the surface of the Sunbrella material. These methods were time consuming and limited in color choices. Today’s technology has delivered new methods of providing you with powerful designs for your fabric awning.
The Sunbrella graphic system combines the use of vacuum pressure along with heat to secure pressure sensitive adhesive (3M vinyl) into the fibers of the Sunbrella material. This process opens the door to a wide variety of sizes and colors including digitally printed full color graphics that can now be adhered to your Sunbrella fabric awning cover.
Large Format Printing
G & J Awning brings large format printing services to your doorstep. Digitally printed artwork is just another way to increase your visibility and enhance your curb appeal. Printing materials include adhesive vinyl, premium banner media, awning materials and more.
With our Latex printer we can digitally print your custom designs for awnings, banners, window graphics, windscreens and much more.
Pressure sensitive graphics
Pressure sensitive graphics provide a wide variety of uses. They can be adhered to windows, vehicles, backlit awnings, solution dyed acrylic awnings, banners and more.
High performance vinyl’s such as 3M, Avery or Arlon are used for your project and are available in opaque and translucent options.
Eradicated graphics
This process is used with specific awning materials that are designed to allow removal of the topcoat color to allow lettering and logos to illuminate when the awning is backlit. These materials are considered a flexible sign substrate with an eradicable topcoat finish such as Cooley Brite, Cooley Brite II and Cooley Brite lite.
To add additional impact to your project, translucent pressure sensitive vinyl can be combined with the eradicated graphics to add additional colors to your design.
