Sycamore Plaza is a corporate campus refresh that the owner of Gates + Associates worked on 30 years ago. Learning from the previous design and work that had been done in the past, the location was updated with a more modern look.

After gaining insight and inspiration from several parties, a space that once felt cold was updated with Anova's modern Airi furniture, as well as warm, wood Tuscany chairs and Mixx tables. The new design had to work with the existing space, and the new furniture – the most visible part of the project – tied everything together.
