This multi-faceted $200 million project includes 6 roof decks utilized by 200 apartment units and 500 Residence/ Courtyard Inn rooms by Marriott Hotel. Cooper Carry was the chosen architectural firm for this project.

The designer used 3 Archatrak porcelain paver colors throughout all of the decks and rooftops – Zinc, Ebano and Minimal. Swimming pools, hot tubs, fire pits and turf areas are spread throughout the roof decks, making them unrivaled downtown DC amenity spaces.
