Located in the Gilmore neighborhood, this beautiful mansion features three fireplaces that are just as grand. The first fireplace is our Kensington mantel with a custom designed overmantel. The material is Oriental White Marble – which features a smooth and subtle sparkling texture. The second fireplace mantel features a custom-sized Rubbens mantel in White Limestone, installed with our Harmony DY-BEF45 electric fireplace. This fireplace adds a modern design, combined with year-round use with our electric fireplace. The third mantel is the French mantel in Volakas White Marble. At the client’s request, this marble needed less veining, and the design and sample were approved by our client.
