This project was ordered in March 2020 and installed summer of 2020 in the middle of a pandemic. The original park was built over 30 years ago with a focus on exercise for children. When it came time to replace the area and bring the park into ADA compliance, the Modern City look, the ability to climb anywhere, and experience fitness and fun in a new way was the ideal choice. This park which is nestled between two schools and next to the public library, became a safe place to play, exert energy, and just have family fun. It has a picturesque shade canopy which provided a cool location to just be with nature as well. Once the bonded rubber surfacing was added, it provided a fully compliant surfacing that matches the look of the natural surroundings.
