River City Science Academy is a charter school in Jacksonville, Florida, part of the Duval County School District. The school currently has four locations in Jacksonville and is known for its focus on STEM curriculum.

This particular project was a new build. The building you see on the right was completed in September '21 as part of RCSA's expansion efforts. The soccer field, playground, and basketball courts (we did not do the courts), were all part of their expansion. This is the 3rd soccer field we have completed for River City Science Academy.

While a more expensive option than natural grass, school officials have recognized that their students and staff use the synthetic grass areas much more frequently than they have in the past when they had natural grass. These fields are used not only for soccer, but for PE class, school carnivals, and other special events.
