The 27,000 square foot private park at 11 Hoyt is one of the most unique in Brooklyn, and includes a fitness deck, hot tub, sundeck, a wooded area, and a butterfly-themed playground. The layered system that Naturcycle® designed for the specialized installation contained a lower nutrient horticulture layer and higher nutrient textured planting layers. The diverse plant pallet, from natural lawn areas to river birch and native flower plantings, are all supported by Naturcycle® Lightweight Planting Mix.
