Diaz Group recently completed a 5000-square-foot Extensive Green roof project in Chicago, IL, which posed unique logistical challenges. They needed the assistance of a crane to bring in the required materials, including 15 tons of decorative river rock, 22 tons of green roof media, and ten pallets of sedum rolls. Since Oly Ola's Teco Edg™ is lightweight and comes in 10-foot lengths, it was accessible to bring up in the elevator and proved cost-effective over having a crane for an extra day.
