Gianino's Family Restaurant partnered with SPACE Architecture + Design to turn a vacant building that previously held a well-branded restaurant franchise into a completely redesigned space. The redesign was so successful that there is little to no evidence of what was there before. Truly an impressive transformation.

The reconstruction included the inside and out of the restaurant. The outdoor space includes an outdoor patio eating area, complete with the Zen concrete fire pits.
