RINKER MATERIALS® STORMWATER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM KEEPS WINE COUNTRY TOWNHOMES STAY DRY

Located two-miles from downtown Napa Valley in the most legendary wine producing region of the country, Taylor Morrison Home Corporation recently opened Pear Tree Lane Townhomes. With new home construction rare in the prestigious Valley, the 71-unit community serves as the primary residence for some while providing a home-away-from-home for others. Whether a year-round resident or a seasonal visitor, all homeowners benefit from a proven Rinker Materials® stormwater management system constructed by Northwest General Engineering.

Designed by engineering consultant RSA+, the stormwater management system features nearly 700 linear feet of Class V 40” reinforce concrete pipe (RCP) produced locally by Rinker Materials. “An RCP detention system provides far more engineered structural integrity and design life over alternates like high-density polyethylene pipe and chambers originally specified for the project,” said Steve Nilforoushan, Regional Engineer for Rinker Materials.
