Kellogg Square is a high rise apartment building that underwent a major renovation. The designer incorporated a spacious rooftop patio with numerous amenities. The building owner wanted to provide their residents a modern outdoor living area with ample shade, defined lounge space and a kitchen that residents and guests could enjoy. With many building code challenges, Structureworks was able to create their solutions by designing two custom aluminum shade structures that met their needs and catered to residents year-round.
