The Heating Challenge

Provide localized heat in the workstation area while still maintaining minimum temps throughout the entire distribution facility.

Implementation

Tim Seel, SRP US Sales Manager was contacted to provide a heating solution that would keep their workstation warm and comfortable during the cold season.

Tim assisted in designing a heating method that would provide the most energy-efficient solution available.

A total of 22 SRP VS-VH burners (4 systems), providing 60 to 100% modulation control via SRP ACCU-RATE © PRO control panels. Additionally, 3 AM heaters (150 MBH) are also controlled by SRP ACCU-RATE © PRO panel.

All controls are accessible via the integral webserver in SRP ACCU-RATE © PRO. Interface to local IT services is not required for central control.

Results

Accomplished heating needs according to the Distribution Center’s specification.
