The Heating Challenge

Rock N Wash© was looking for a heating solution that would keep the stalls warm during cold days, so people are comfortable while washing their cars. In essence, they were looking for heavy-duty heaters that would withstand water and harsh chemicals sprayed on them and still provide a lifespan of 5 years or more.

Implementation

Paul Knowler SRP rep in Edmonton, AB was contacted by the owners of the Rock N Wash© facility to provide a heating solution that would keep customers warm and comfortable while washing their cars.

Paul assisted in designing a heating method that would provide the most energy-efficient solution available for applications where corrosive chemicals are frequently used.

A total of 10 SRP UXR heaters were installed, increasing energy savings, and providing reliable and dependable heating for many years.

Series UXR’s 304 sealed stainless-steel burners, 409 stainless-steel tubes, and 304 stainless-steel parts as well as the long-lasting 5052 marine-grade aluminum reflectors are extremely resistant to corrosion. These high-efficiency heaters provide the best performance on car/truck wash facilities and other applications where corrosive chemicals are frequently used.

Results

Only SRP UXR heaters have been able to provide reliable heating with minimal maintenance required and an extended product lifespan.
