Completed in 2022, this three-story mixed-use building includes 45 residential units, 71 carport spaces, and close to 1,000 square feet of retail space. The 46,000 square foot building is situated across the street from Old Town Torrance which boasts a historical past and eclectic present with its multiple restaurants and shops. To enhance the landscape both inside and out, The Chandler Company provided 152 planters, which included Contemporary Rectangles, Contemporary Squares, a Contemporary Round all in Statuary Bronze with a smooth finish.
