20 MPH (HL2008H S20) streetscape pedestrian protection during the covid-19 pandemic with theTrafficGuard® patented (U.S. Patent 8,297,873) Helix Locking Removable Bollard System. Crash tested to ASTM F3016 for an impact of a 5,000 lb. vehicle at up to 20 MPH.
