One of Philadelphia’s most prestigious 20th century multifamily landmarks, Presidential City's four 12-story buildings epitomize the vision of a world-class living experience. For its complete renovation in 2013, the developers on the project approached Vetrina Windows to design and locally produce all new aluminum windows for the 1,000+ apartments in the complex.

The complete refresh of its architectural style required the interiors to be well lit and filled with light to create a spacious and airy atmosphere throughout. For this Vetrina delivered custom designs for Tilt & Turn and fixed models with PTAC (AC unit) integration, as well as numerous curtain wall units for newly added ultra-contemporary administrative spaces and common areas.
