Challenge
Focused on creating memorable guest experiences and looking to liven up their leisure pool space, the owners of Monarch Beach Resort sought out an aquatic play solution that would attract family demographics and encourage longer stays while still complementing the resorts coastal location and high-end aesthetic.

Solution
In partnership with design experts at Aquatic Technologies – CA a beautiful tiled whale mosaic comes to life with dynamic ground sprays, creating an inviting space for the whole family to relax, splash and play together. Extending the hours of usage, the dancing lights of the Luminaries create a striking water display that flows from day to night!

Impact
Thoughtfully incorporating the resort's coastal inhabitants into the play pad surface, Monarch Beach Resorts' new splash pad is a memorable experience for guests of all ages. A refreshing assortment of luminary ground sprays allows children and parents to engage in imaginative and unstructured play while after sunset, it becomes a multi-functional delight that glimmers between play and visual art.
