Pepper Constructionhas worked with Cityscapes as a partner to help their clients meet municipal code screening requirements. We are excited they chose our products for their headquarters in Dublin, Ohio, with the goal of enhancing the aesthetic appeal by hiding unsightly equipment. This project utilizes multiple CityScapes products, including Envisor, Covrit, MegaGate,and ToughGate. 

Our Envisor roof screens have an innovative design that attaches to the equipment to avoid roof penetrations. These screens glide along tracks, ensuring easy maintenance access while concealing the equipment effectively. This project features our Acrylicap® ABS panels in Slate gray to complement the building with a long-lasting, fade-resistant color. 

For ground-level screening, our objective was to cover both equipment and dumpsters. The client had two existing masonry walls, which required gates. These gates were a part of our MegaGate line, designed with an extra supportive frame. In addition to these gates, screen walls were essential for the equipment areas. Both enclosures feature Covrit and ToughGate in Ashwood PVC boards to match the building’s aesthetic. The frames of both the gates and enclosures have been powder-coatedblack .
