Furnishing the Future of Campus Life. Western Sydney University has transformed its outdoor campus spaces to better support student connection, recreation, and informal learning. As part of this initiative, a selection of Street + Garden’s Flight furniture was supplied, custom designed to meet the evolving demands of campus life.

The suite includes Flight Benches, Stools, and a Flight Tennis Table, each piece built for durability, accessibility, and high public use. The result is a series of flexible, high-traffic zones that foster informal learning, social interaction, and active recreation, reflecting the university’s future-focused vision for student life.

Each element was developed with function, resilience, and community in mind, supporting everything from spontaneous ping pong matches to collaborative group study.
