About this project:

Located in Evergreen, Colorado, Château V is tucked in the mountains west of the state capital, approximately 30 miles from the capital, Denver. Built high up on a scenic mountainside, the property overlooks the alpine meadows and forests in the valley below. Based on the aesthetic of a French château, it truly is a breath taking residence.

Haddonstone was originally commissioned to manufacture and supply a large volume of bespoke and standard cast stone building and construction components for this incredible property, back in 2010. This included internal columns, window surrounds and balustrade.

In 2024, our expert USA team was once again instructed to manufacture and supply a broad range of architectural components to Château V by its new owner. This included cast stone cladding slabs, custom large and small window surrounds and door surround including dentil cornice and decorative architrave.

Over the summer of 2024, all cast stone components were delivered to the property, and installed shortly afterwards.  Our client then chose several Haddonstone Adam Troughs and Adam Supports to complete the project.
