About this project:

This stunning, brand new, private residential villa is based in Key West, Florida. Its owner and architect, Artibus Design, commissioned Haddonstone to manufacture all the cast stonework for this beautiful project.

Working closely with our client, our expert USA team, which is based in Pueblo, Colorado, carefully designed and manufactured each cast stone component to the very highest standard.

The custom and standard cast stone designs which were made to order for this project are listed below.

Project Solution:

The exterior façade cast stone building and construction components manufactured for this project included:

• Cast stone paving for the front entrance and pool area
• Cast stone pool copings
• Cast stone window surrounds
• Cast stone wall dressings including cladding
• Façade stonework which included the portico
• Cast stone balustrade
• Cast stone Ham House Pineapple Finials

Each stone design was manufactured using our TecStone (wet-cast limestone) material.

Our client chose Haddonstone’s smart Portland color for the entirety of the project, to seamlessly match the rendering.
