The Higher Roch Tower is part of a regeneration project in the ‘Nouveau Saint Roch’ district in Montpellier, France. The tower, which is a collection of apartments, shops and offices, reaches a height of 164 ft. Created by the architectural office Brenac & Gonzalez et Associés, the design is deliberately Mediterranean and the wavy shape is by a flamenco dancer’s dress. These wave-like curves offer an outdoor space to each of the apartments, creating a connection between the interior and exterior. Bamboo N-durance® Decking was selected for the decking of the building, in total 43,000 ft² has been installed.
