JK O’Donnell’s Irish Ale House, a downtown Fort Wayne favorite, expanded its hospitality outdoors with the transformation of its patio, now called “The Pitch.” In collaboration with Michael Kinder & Sons and ShadeFX, the renovation features six 22' × 18' retractable roofs covering 2,400 sq. ft. of dining space. The custom black powder-coated structures include integrated gutters for efficient rainwater management, offering a stylish, all-weather solution. Seamlessly blending with the pub’s inviting charm, the retractable roofs provide guests with year-round comfort, enhancing the outdoor dining experience and creating a versatile space for day-to-night enjoyment.
